Lunch and munch

Need a fast and yummy salad low cal:
Tomato and Avocado Salad recipe – 125 calories
Ingredients:
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and toss together.
2. Let stand for about 5-10 minutes before serving.

Servings: 4
